The Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce has announced that Fujiyama Japanese Steak House & Bar is expanding to Mt. Vernon.

The potential location will be near Broadway St., on the west end of Mt. Vernon near Tractor Supply.

There will be an official groundbreaking ceremony on April 25 at 1:30pm with representatives of the Mt. Vernon community present.

Fujiyama Japanese Steak House & Bar offers Japanese cuisine, sushi and a hibachi grill menu.
