Some Mt. Vernon residents will be without water service for parts of Monday. Those living in the Wells-By-Pass area south of Veteran’s Memorial Drive, and also residents on Ambassador Lane and Nason Lane will be without water from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday.
