Bail for Nathan R. Hall has been set at $100,000. According to information filed in court Thursday, on or about June 17, ” he knowingly, and “with the intent to disseminate, reproduced, disseminated, offered to disseminate, or exhibited a videotape, film or other similar visual reproduction by computer of Jane Doe, a child whom the defendant reasonably should have known was under the age of 13,” which showed the child engaging in a sexual act.

Presented with evidence in the case, a judge found probable cause to detain Hall on the charge.

Hall remains in jail with a preliminary hearing scheduled for July 31 with his court appointed attorney.
