A 42-year-old Centralia man pleaded guilty Tuesday to federal charges of receiving and distributing child pornography.

William P. Keller was investigated by the FBI in October 2017.

An FBI agent downloaded four videos depicting child pornography from an internet protocol address associated with Keller’s computer, according to charges.

Keller waived his right to indictment Tuesday and agreed to prosecution by information. He then pleaded guilty to the charges against him.

In November, FBI agents seized a computer, cell phone and multiple hard drives from Keller’s house.

Court records show a forensic analysis of the devices allegedly showed they contained about 100 videos and pictures depicting child pornography.

FBI agents also said Keller distributed a video depicting child pornography over state lines.

Keller was released on $5,000 bond Tuesday to await his Nov. 2 sentencing in federal court.
