MT. VERNON — Jefferson County Toys For Kids is a local non-profit group helping families in need during the Christmas holiday.
Board Member, Lacey Copple, says the organization is especially important since they keep the donations as local as it gets.
Even though Toys For Kids does it’s main job during Christmas, Copple says the job to help these families is year round.
Copple says an event to help benefit Jefferson County Toys For Kids will be held at the Elks Lodge in Mt. Vernon on November 4th.
Tickets are $10 for adults, $6 for ages 6-12 and children under 6 are free.
