(St. Clair County, IL)  —  Voters in St. Clair County, Illinois, are going to weigh in on a sales tax increase.  The money from the one-percent increase would be used to fund police services, modernize the jail and pay for more sheriff’s department employees.  The proposal is set to appear on the April 4th ballot.
