TROY, Ill. (AP) — A Florida man faces charges in southern Illinois in a more than decade-old case in which he’s accused of luring a 12-year-old boy via social media and later sexually assaulting him. Media reports on Monday say 41-year-old Derrick R. Sepp, of Apopka, Florida, is charged with three counts of predatory criminal sexual assault and one count of aggravated criminal sexual abuse. Each count of predatory criminal sexual assault carries a maximum 30-year prison sentence.
