SALEM — A Salem woman was taken to the Marion County jail following a domestic dispute at her home at 6:30 p.m. Saturday.

19-year-old Cheyenne Modeen reportedly threatened her mother and her dog with a knife according to police reports. When being taken into custody Modeen allegedly kicked at the police officer apprehending her.

Modeen was jailed for aggravated domestic battery, aggravated assault, cruelty to animals, and aggravated battery to police.
