A 40-year-old Salem woman was arrested by Salem police on multiple charges Sunday after she allegedly left the scene of a property damage crash.

According to reports, around 7:21 p.m. Sunday, Kelly Walker struck a power pole in the Salem IGA parking lot with her vehicle and then left the scene.

She reportedly drove south on Rotan Street where she was then stopped by police. Walker reportedly denied striking the pole, but according to police, damage to her vehicle matched the damage to the pole.

Walker was arrested for alleged driving under the influence of alcohol she reportedly failed a field sobriety test.
She was also arrested for alleged driving while license revoked license and leaving the scene of an accident.
