MT. VERNON — The Mt. Vernon City Council will hold a special meeting Thursday afternoon at 4 p.m. at Mt. Vernon City Hall.

Topics on the agenda include going over a vehicle leasing proposal with Ford Square of Mt. Vernon along with a request to close Pauline Street on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The meeting is open to the public.
