ILLINOIS (RFD) – Both the Illinois State Fairgrounds in Springfield and Du Quoin will get a new revenue source under the gambling expansion legislation.

Butler also says the door will open to possible horse races beyond the run of the Illinois State Fair.
Lawmakers approved Senate Bill 690 by a 46-10 vote after being approved by House lawmakers during this last session.
