CARBONDALE — Carbondale City Hall will be closed to the public part of the day Wednesday for training.

Walk-in customer service will not be available Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Utility bill payments may be made online at the City’s website, placed in the dropbox or in person after 1 p.m.
