CENTRALIA — A new restaurant has opened its doors in Centralia and is taking applications for employment.

A new Jimmy John’s sandwich shop, located at 8107 Jolliff Bridge Road, is now open and serving sandwiches. .

Owner James Daw says he plans to hire around 40 employees. Anyone interested can apply online through Indeed.com, or stop by the store open daily from 10:30 am to 10:00 pm and fill out an application.
