CENTRALIA — A 26-year-old Centralia man, who pleaded guilty to residential burglary earlier this year, was charged Friday morning in Clinton County court with multiple burglary charges.
Collin Arnold was arrested Tuesday by Clinton County Sheriff’s deputies. He was charged Friday with two counts Class 1 felony residential burglary and one misdemeanor count of criminal damage to property.
Bail for Arnold was set at $100,000 and he was ordered to have no contact with specific victims or their residences. A June 26 date was set for a preliminary hearing and first appearance with his court-appointed attorney.
In February Arnold pleaded guilty to twice forcing his way into his grandfather’s Central City home last December and taking prescription medications and cash.
He was sentenced to five years probation in that case and given credit for 57 days served in jail. He was also ordered to make $19 restitution.
