CARBONDALE — Due to bridge repairs, Chautauqua Road, from Emerald Lane to Tower Road in Carbondale will be closed to all thru traffic starting Monday at 8 a.m. The road will remain closed until 5 p.m. on July 31.

A signed detour route will be provided. The road will be open to local traffic only on each side of the bridge. The city apologizes for any inconvenience this closure may cause and urges all drivers to use alternate routes during this time period.
