FLORA — The John R. Cash Revocable Trust has reportedly filed suit in federal court against a Flora reception hall and concert venue as well as its owners.

Dustin and Kathy Smith, along with their business Johnny and June’s are accused of copyright infringement, among other things.

The suit alleges the interior of the venue displays prominent images of Johnny Cash and his wife, June, without the trust’s permission. The trust is asking for damages to be determined by trial.

The Trust is suing for an injunction against the venue, which would order Johnny & June’s owners to stop all references to Cash and Carter, and account for all profits made from the infringement.
