MCLEANSBORO — The Hamilton County Board’s monthly meeting takes place Tuesday night at 6 at the courthouse in McLeansboro.

The board is expected to take action on the Clearwave and Illinois Century Network agreement. The board will also hear from Sheriff Tracy Lakin as he will review the sheriff’s report and discuss with the board applications for the deputy position, the Merit Commission and school resource officer.

Hamilton County Emergency Management Agency Director Nathan Taylor will give the EMA report while Dorothy Smith will present the ETSB Board report.

Bellwether, LLC will bring the Administrative Services Report which will feature discussion regarding cannabis regulation, Fiscal Year 2020 Budget preparations, animal control and ambulance RFP process/instructions for administration process.

The meeting is open to the public.
