HAMILTON COUNTY — A man was sentenced earlier this month in Hamilton County Court after pleading guilty to unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle – a Class 2 felony – in Hamilton County.

Hamilton County State’s Attorney Justin Hood says Justin Keith will serve four years in the Illinois Department of Corrections and will serve two years of mandatory supervised release after his release from custody. His case will be served consecutively to Johnson County where he took a four-year plea. He also plead guilty in Saline County to theft – a Class 4 felony – for two years and obstructing Justice – a Class 4 felony – in two cases that will run consecutively to Hamilton and Johnson County. He will serve a total of 10 years in IDOC between the three counties.
