CENTRALIA — Centralia police have arrested one of three juveniles believed connected to an armed robbery that was reported Sunday.

According to Centralia Police Chief Greg Dodson, they received a report Sunday of the armed robbery and arrested one of two siblings who were wanted in connection with the armed robbery of another juvenile Sunday in the 100 block of South Pine.

The arrested juvenile was taken to the Marion County Jail where he was likely transported to the Juvenile Detention Center in Franklin County. The second sibling and a third juvenile remain at large. All three are males.

Dodson says authorities are aware of a video on social media of the sibling that remains at large holding an apparent handgun and talking about the alleged armed robbery.

Chief Dodson notes that the guns used in the alleged incident and in the video were not real guns but they look very authentic and could easily be mistaken for actual firearms.
