MURPHYSBORO, IL — Murphysboro Walmart Store Manager Kim Busby along with Glenn and Jo Poshard will announce major donations Tuesday to the Friends of the Carbondale Dog Parks that will be used to build Carbondale’s first public dog park for the Carbondale Park District.

The announcement will be made a noon at the future sight of Carbondale’s first public dog park at Parrish Park, located on West Sunset Drive.

Friends of Carbondale Dog Parks is a local non-profit 501(c)3 organization seeking to build Carbondale’s first public dog park. More information can be found at cdaledogparks.org.
