MT. VERNON — On Wednesday, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests to WMIX / WDML News:

54-year-old Anselma Robinson of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Tuesday for retail theft less than $300.

33-year-old Ebone McClain of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Tuesday for driving on a suspended license.

44-year-old Kimberley Connelly was arrested by Illinois State Police Wednesday for driving on a suspended license.

37-year-old Christina Shelby of Mt. Vernon was arrested Wednesday for driving on a suspended license.

21-year-old Sharod Wilson-Patton of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Wednesday for armed robbery with a firearm and residential burglary.

29-year-old Brandon Kirkman of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Wednesday for possession of meth less than five grams and on a bond forfeiture warrant.
