MT. VERNON, IL — On Tuesday, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

44-year-old Jason Gutierrez of Springdale, AR was arrested Monday by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office for Driving on a Suspended License.

23-year-old Steven Stevenson of Knoxville, IL was arrested by the JCSO Monday for Domestic Battery/Physical Contact.

28-year-old David Rodriguez of Mt. Vernon was arrested Monday for Aggravated Armed Kidnapping, Armed Violence via the Discharge of a Weapon, Felon in Possession/Use of a Firearm while on Parole, and Reckless Discharge of a Firearm.
