NASHVILLE, Ill. — The 42nd Annual Nashville Fall Festival kicks off with breakfast on the Courthouse Square Friday.

Our own Jake Linder sat down this week with Dee DeMoss with the Nashville Chamber of Commerce, to discuss what’s happening at the two-day event.

According to DeMoss, both Friday and Saturday start with breakfast on the square, where more than 60 vendors will be present all weekend, along with bounce houses, a petting zoo, and of course a beer stand.

Angel for Autism will host a run/walk starting at 8 o’clock Saturday morning that will be followed at 8:30 by a Pet Parade.

After parading your pets, make sure to have them blessed at the Blessing of the Pets.

Entertainment will start at 1 o’clock Friday afternoon and run until 11 p.m. On Saturday entertainment will start at 10 a.m. and run until 11 p.m.

And don’t forget to dress up on Saturday for the Princess Parade at 1 p.m. and the Super Hero Parade at 2.
