CENTRALIA – Centralia firefighters responded to a house fire around 10:15 Thursday night at 1208 Dover Street.

When firefighters arrived, they found heavy fire on the back of the home. They were able to put the fire out without incident. The fire caused heavy damage to the back of the home.

Firefighters were on scene for about two-and-a-half hours.

The fire is under investigation.
