WEST FRANKFORT — The West Frankfort City Council will look at two tax increment financing redevelopment agreements when it meets tonight at 6 at City Hall.
The first one involves Mike Ivy and Angie Kelly doing business as Quest Fitness and the second one involved Hutton St, LLC doing business as O’Reilly Auto Parts. Both parties want to redevelop certain property located in the city.
In other business, the council is expected to accept the annual audit for Fiscal Year 2017-2018.
The council is also expected to discuss with possible action regarding the acceptance of a donation of property from Banterra Bank to the city and accept an estimate of $3,500 from Tri County Roofing, Inc. regarding repair of the roof at the fire department
The meeting is open to the public.
