MT. VERNON — On Monday, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests to WMIX / WDML News:

27-year-old Christopher Cobb of Mt. Vernon was arrested Friday on a probation violation.

23-year-old Alexsis James of Mt. Vernon was arrested Friday for possession of cannabis between 100 and 500 grams.

22-year-old Cody Deadmond of Salem was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Saturday for driving on a suspended license.

18-year-old Jayden Boyce of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Saturday for retail theft less than $300.

19-year-old Gervain Rubango was arrested Sunday for speeding 26-34 mph over the speed limit and on an out of state warrant.

40-year-old Amanda Richardson was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Sunday for possession of meth less than five grams.

61-year-old John Albright of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Sunday for battery.

33-year-old Brandon Williams of Eldorado was arrested Monday on a bond forfeiture warrant.
