HAMILTON COUNTY, IL — The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office made three arrests and cited one person on various charges Thursday.

According to Hamilton County Sheriff Tracy Lakin, 74-year-old Gerald R. Launius of McLeansboro was cited Thursday for “Livestock at Large” after a two-vehicle crash on the Norris City Road and County Road 1550E.

Twenty-five-year-old Akylia Bell of McLeansboro was arrested on a Wayne County warrant for unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

Forty-year-old Joshua Bell, who is also known as Joshua Kinnear, of Bluford was arrested on a Hamilton County failure to appear warrant for driving revoked/suspended.

And 35-year-old Michael Doogan of McLeansboro was arrested on a White County failure to appear warrant for unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
