SPRINGFIELD — Governor J.B. Pritzker gave his state of the state address in Springfield Wednesday. Lawmakers are reacting to the governor’s views for the future.

58th District State Senator Paul Schimpf says while he appreciated the positive tone and the call for bi-partisanship, he believes Pritzker only told half the story.

Schimpf says Pritzker’s legislative agenda this session doesn’t do enough to solve the problems Illinois is currently facing.
