FAYETTE COUNTY, IL — The jury trial dates have been confirmed for a 41-year-old Brownstown man charged in Fayette County Court with two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse.

Jason D. McCaslin is free on bond while he awaits the November 16 jury trial in two separate cases charging him with Class 2 felony aggravated criminal sexual abuse.

According to court records, McCaslin is accused of having committed acts of sexual penetration with two separate victims who were between the ages 13 and 17.

The court on Tuesday confirmed a two-day jury trial in both cases against McCaslin will begin November 16 with jury selection. A final pre-trial hearing in the case is scheduled for November 11.
