38-year-old Randall Banes of Mt. Vernon was arrested Tuesday by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office for Domestic Battery & Violation of Bail Bond.

30-year-old Kyle Badgett of Mt. Vernon was arrested Tuesday by the Mt. Vernon Police Department for Driving While Never Issued a License & Possession of Meth.
