CENTRALIA — The City of Centralia Public Works Department has announced Gragg Street will temporarily open to thru traffic starting Thursday, August 17th through Sunday, August 20th to allow for Balloon Fest traffic accessing Foundation Park.
Gragg Street will close again on Monday morning, August 21st to continue construction.
