DU QUOIN – Illinois State Police responded to a crash involving a motorcycle and another vehicle just after 5 Thursday afternoon on U.S. 51/Washington Street at Idylewild Road in Du Quoin.

ISP says preliminary information indicates a motorcycle turned left and struck a vehicle.

The motorcycle driver was taken to an area hospital with injuries.
