CENTRALIA, IL — A Centralia man has been arrested following an investigation into two burglaries at the Barking Lot, on South Poplar Street. 47-year-old Charles Anderson is accused of entering the business twice on October 28th and 29th, stealing liquor during the first break-in and a cash register during the second. Police say Anderson entered through the same unlocked door on both occasions and was identified through video surveillance footage. He is currently free on a notice to appear in court to face the charges.
