CENTRALIA, IL — In celebration of National Apprenticeship Week, Kaskaskia College will host an Apprenticeship Forum on Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. on campus. The event will highlight the benefits of the registered apprenticeship program for local businesses, featuring panel discussions from employers and current apprentices. Attendees will learn about the flexibility, tax credits, and how to start an apprenticeship program tailored to their industry. The forum is open to businesses looking to develop apprenticeships, and a luncheon will follow from 11:30 to 1 hosted by The Greater Centralia Chamber of Commerce.
