CENTRALIA, IL — A Centralia man has been sentenced to five years in prison after being convicted on methamphetamine possession charges and violating probation in a previous meth case. 24-year-old Ryan Scott was found with under five grams of meth. He will also undergo drug evaluation and treatment while in prison, and then serve six months of parole upon his release.
